Get engaged in EGU23 and propose your session in one of EGU23’s programme groups before 19 September 2022. The EGU23 programme committee will review all proposals afterwards and finalize the session programme for the start of the abstract submission (foreseen on 1 November 2022).
Aims & scope
The EGU General Assembly 2023 brings together geoscientists from all over the world to one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary, and space sciences. The EGU aims to provide a forum where scientists, especially early career researchers, can present their work and discuss their ideas with experts in all fields of geoscience.
Format of the meeting
The EGU Programme Committee carefully considers all feedback from the experiences of the Union’s first ever hybrid meeting in May 2022 to decide on a format for the 2023 gathering. We strive to keep the best from the past years, especially the achievements made in terms of equality, diversity, and inclusiveness.
