The DGGV provides teaching and learning materials on these web pages, for those interested in geoscience, as well as teachers and students at educational institutions. Use of the videos, texts, templates, and illustrations is free of charge. They may be used in class, for assignments, homework and for presentations, provided the source is cited with the URL code. Commercial use is not permitted and any other use requires the consent of the respective author.

The DGGV aims to convey the current state of the art in geosciences in a professionally sound manner. We strive to select topics of general interest and to present them in a manner that is understandable even for non-specialists.
