Stratigraphic Modeling and Lithosphere Dynamics

Sedimentary Basins record the evolution of the lithosphere in the deposited sediments and their stratigraphic architecture. Stratigraphic modeling, coupled with dynamic geomechanics simulations allow to test hypothesis about crustal evolution calibrated by geochronology and mineral provenance analysis.
