The Fachsektion Hydrogeologie e.V. in der DGGV e.V. (FH-DGGV e.V.) is an interdisciplinary community of interest from science, authorities and industry, which deals with all aspects of hydrogeology.
FH-DGGV aims to promote the transfer of knowledge from research institutions to practitioners and to stimulate public interest in hydrogeology.

the prospection of drinking, industrial, thermal, mineral and medicinal waters
the development of concepts for the environmentally compatible use of groundwater
the development of scientific methods for the protection of groundwater
the scientific examination of the exploration and remediation practice of groundwater damage cases
