Program
Many exciting lectures are waiting for you as well as a poster exhibition on Friday at 4pm. All posters can be viewed in ConfTool. Please open the conference agenda and go to the poster session. You will find all uploaded poster there below the corresponding abstracts.
Chat
Use the chat function to get in touch with authors and participants in ConfTool. To open a chat window, please go to your ConfTool overview page and click on „Official list of participants “. Then click on any blue speech bubble to start a new discussion.
Poster session
The poster session will take place in another zoom room. All poster authors have their own breakout room which is named after them. Attendees will visit the author in his/her breakout room.
Information for poster authors: Please share your poster via screensharing in your breakout room.
Information for oral presenting authors : Oral presentations (12 min. + 3 min. discussion)! During each presentation the convener will inform you when two minutes are left (after 10 min). Please try to keep the time (12 min) for your talk!
- Please attend the meeting about 15 min before your session starts. The keynote presentations are in the same room. Therefore, please arrive 15 minutes before the respective keynote lecture (and the opening) starts.
- Make sure that you have your presentation ready before screensharing starts. You have to share your screen yourself.
- Turn on your camera and microphone when the chair hands over to you.
Invitation
We would like to invite you cordially to the 2nd Early Career Sedimentologist Meeting (ECSM) organized by the Fachsektion Sedimentologie/SEPM-CES of the DGGV to be held on the 12th and 13th of November 2021 online.
The ECSM provides an informal platform for young researchers to share research experience, discuss new innovative or controversial topics with established colleagues and initiate future collaborations.
The scientific program will cover Friday (12.11.) afternoon to Saturday (13.11.) morning and will include oral presentations and posters. Invited keynote speakers will present academic as well as industry aspects of sedimentology. Keynote presentations will be given by:
